Your information

Names and contact details shared directly with Prehex are used for enquiries, enrollment and course communication. When you submit the registration form, we store your name (if provided), WhatsApp number, course and registration time to handle your enquiry and follow up about enrollment. Authorized Prehex staff may contact you for this purpose. We open our WhatsApp group invitation even if saving is unavailable; joining the group is completed on WhatsApp.

For access, correction or deletion requests, use your existing Prehex communication channel. Records needed to meet legal obligations may be retained.

Course fees & refunds

Course fees are non-refundable for a change of mind, withdrawal or missed classes. The Top 3 Achievement Award is the exception described below. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Recordings and course materials are for personal study only and must not be resold, published or redistributed.
